      Speaker Chairperson:   Ed Solner has agreed to take the point on our Speaker Program this year.   He would greatly appreciate the help of our entire membership in identifying potential speakers for our breakfast program.  

      2/8/12:  Susan Salvo, a personal coach,  helps people reduce their stress levels, manage life’s challenges and chaos, and improve marriages and relationships.  She will share her stories and experiences with us.  www.confidentdirections.com

      2/15/12:  Do you want to know how to pour beer faster???  Matt Younkle, a local inventor/entrepreneur, will discuss his experiences with the Turbo Tap, a device he invented to pour beer faster, that is now sold worldwide.  He will also discuss Murphie.com, his latest start up business that will digitize musical CDs and store them online so members can sell or trade them with other members.

      2/22/12: Todd Berry,  President of the Wisconsin Taxpayers Alliance, will speak about the state budget and taxes! The Wisconsin Taxpayers Alliance is a private, nonpartisan, nonprofit organization, established in 1932 and based on the premise that representative self-government works best when citizens understand the workings of their government.

      2/29/12:  Wendy Soucie , a Certified Social Media Strategist, will discuss social media in general and a current project she is working on – promoting biking (using social media) on US Bike route 30 that will go through Lodi, connect the bike path on Hwy 12, and connect Middleton, Madison to Milwaukee.  wendysoucie.com

      3/14/12:  Kevin Devine, of Devine Write, LLC, will discuss his experiences as a technical writer for various tech companies, and as an author of 2 books, Building Your Business Plan, and Building Your Business.  He also teaches small business education.

      3/21/12: Sharon Corrigan - Dane County Board of Supervisors for Middleton area.  Impact on Middleton: How the Dane County Government effects the Middleton community.  Also she got into the political arena.

      3/28/12: The world’s largest collection of mustards and mustard memorabilia began twenty five years ago as a baseball fan’s response to a devastating defeat. On October 28, 1986, hours after the Boston Red Sox lost the World Series, transplanted New Englander Barry Levenson went to an all-night grocery on the east side of Madison, Wisconsin, to walk the aisles and confront his sorrow.       1/18/12 -Heather Messer of the high school MASH (Middleton Alternative Senior High School)  program.  MASH is changing to become a new kind of charter school.

      June 29, 2011 -  Anna Marie from Bloom Bake Shop.  Great treats in Downtown Middleton - right next door from village Green!

      July 13: Barb Schultze, OccuPaws - Our mission is to place fully trained guide dogs of excellent health and temperament with Wisconsin residents who have visual impairments.

      July 20: Larry Witt, Middleton Recreation Dept. - The Middleton Recreation Department’s purpose is to serve as a catalyst in the development, initiation, coordination, and the support for a variety of leisure time activities and facilities for residents of all ages.

      July 27: Diana Shinall,  Madison Apprenticeship Program MAP is a 12-week Life-Skills training program for low-income or disadvantaged adults. The mission of MAP is to provide a high quality, ongoing program that helps people realize their potential while investing in themselves. The program's goals are to provide comprehensive skill development and socialization elements. These elements direct and guide the adult learner toward self-worth, continuing education and financial independence.

      11/16/11:  CJ Werley and Eric Lord – Madison Golf Performance Academy.  An integrated approach to golf-specific personal training and swing mechanics.

      Eric and CJ work together, training in golf swing mechanics and golf fitness.  Eric also focuses on helping aging recreational athletes in maintaining and increasing overall fitness and agility.

      Eric has certification in golf fitness training from the Titleist Performance Institute.

      CJ is a former All-American Collegiate golfer for Kent State, as well as a six-year veteran of the National Golf Association Hooters Tour.
